Ms. Mary's Monday Review

Wordless picture books are fun ways to let children develop oral and written story telling skills.  A three year old can "read" the story by describing the pictures.  When a third grader writes the story by looking at the same illustrations, you have a budding author on your hands.
One of my very favorite wordless picture books is Tuesday by David Wiesner.  Frogs on lily pads mysteriously gain the ability to fly one Tuesday evening, and no one understands what is going on.  What type of creature will fly through the air next Tuesday?  Read this fun book to find out.
